Changes made for version 2.55:
+ A tabulated information box has been added to the main page.
+ The Multi Level debate boards have been removed (for now).
+ The "Start an Instant Debate" area has been removed (for now).
+ The main page is now tabulated.
+ The staff list has been updated, and will be official starting on the 24th.
+ Different board highlight colors depending on where you are on the site. (Community = Red, Debate = Green, Public Management = Blue, Staff (invisible to non-staff members) = Dark Yellow)
+ Longevity Meters added for everyone. (tells how long you have been a member)
