Don't worry about rule breaking... I highly doubt that you will actually break any of the forum rules (we are fairly loose here), and if you do, worst case scenario is that you will one day die. Then again, if you don't break the rules (once again) the worst case scenario is that you will end up one day dying.

There is good news though; This is the perfect site to be DYIN' on! (haha)

Anyways, we have some fairly interesting members, and most of them love Anime and what not... so I have a feeling that you will have no problems fitting in. (80% of our members are from the age of 15 to 21).
