Okay everyone, I've got the go ahead from Denny to begin a very detailed clean up of the site and its forums. At this point in time I do not plan on deleting anything, but that could change when I begin the clean up. If I do delete anything it will be because of inactivity of the user that started the debate, or the user is no longer with us.
I will be creating an archive section for debates and other topics over two months old that are inactive. Only Denny, and Daniel with have the code to access the archive section after I am done with the clean up. ( I will ask them to change to code so I won't even know it.) If there is a debate, or any topic that you do not wish to be archived, or deleted, please PM me within the next 48 hours. It is 5:26 PM here Eastern Time Zone. I will begin the updates around six PM Friday evening Eastern Time Zone.
In the event you do not get this message in time, or have not logged on in a while and you wish to see something un-archived or you do not wish to have a topic archived or deleted please PM me. I am open to un-archiving your topic. Deletions cannot be reversed, thus I will try to avoid deleting any posts. I may create a pending deletion, and archive section so as you can see what is pending deletion and archiving. This will help make sure your topic does not get deleted or archived. But, I would advise you to check these boards frenquently to avoid any problems.
