Should someone who is here in the United States illegally be allowed to sue, and assume the freedoms the constitution of the United States grants to legitimate American citizens?
I'll start off by saying this..... hell no. It is my opinion that anyone here illegally should be treated as an illegal and deported at once. The freedoms and rights this country has has been earned and won. We fought hard for these rights, why shouldn't they?

I agree. They shouldn't be allowed to cash in on the freedoms the constitution lays out for one reason.... the constitution was made for the United States of America. If they arn't a citizen they shouldn't get those rights. That is the same reason why I feel they don't deserve a trial if they are found illegal
